Assured Waste Solutions pharmaceutical mail-back program for OTC and Rx was designed to offer an easy and simple solution for destruction of your unwanted pharmaceuticals in 8 simple steps.

  1. You purchase a bucket from our Mail-Back program.
  2. We will then send you a box with everything you need in it.
  3. You receive the box with all of your supplies.
  4. You keep the bucket until it is full.
  5. When your bucket is full, you then use all the included supplies to package it back up for shipment.
  6. Call and set up a UPS pickup.
  7. We receive the package from UPS.
  8. We the witness the destruction.

How does the pharmaceutical Mail-Back program for Scheduled I-V work?

Assured Waste Solutions pharmaceutical mail-back program for Schedules I-V was designed to offer an easy and simple solution for destruction of your unwanted pharmaceuticals in 9 simple steps.

  1. You purchase a bucket from our Mail-Back program.
  2. We will then send you a box with everything you need in it.
  3. You receive the box with all of your supplies.
  4. You keep the bucket until it is full.
  5. Once your bucket is full you must verify and inventory all scheduled products being sent for destruction. Send the completed inventory form to Assured Waste via email or fax. Once we have completed the necessary paperwork, we will send your UPS Label and any DEA 222’s that may need to accompany your shipment. Upon receiving your paperwork, verify your inventory and complete date shipped. Then make a copy of the Inventory Request Form(s) and/or 222 form(s) to include with product when shipping. Place products and inventory form in shipping container/envelope. Be sure to take extra care while packaging glass items.
  6. You then use all the included supplies to package it back up for shipment.
  7. Call and set up a UPS pickup.
  8. We receive the package from UPS.
  9. We the witness the destruction.
